My Hardware Works!

[edit] Objective
If a new user wants the migrate to FOSS/Linux s/he faces several questions that need answering. One of the biggest questions is "What will work on Linux?" followed by "Will my chosen hardware work properly?" Several discussions on IRC later the idea of this page was born. Why not consider the LUGgers who already have their equipment singing along fine on GNU/Linux as an extended, real-time hardware testbench?
[edit] What goes in here ?
This page will get put together a listing of diverse hardware, from the most common to ones rarely used, that works on GNU/Linux. So, what qualifies here? Your new motherboard that you got to work, a new soundcard, a new laptop that you just bought, a webcam, a digital camera, a printer, a wifi adapter, a quirky network card, a TV turner card, a scanner, geek toys like mobile phones, PDAs etc running GNU/Linux, a-you-won't-understand-even-if-i-showed-you type of peripheral device... just about anything that you have got to work on GNU/Linux... more the bleeding edge the better ;-)
[edit] Is this a h/w certification page ?
While we shall stop short of calling this a h/w certification page, this will certainly be a listing that people can refer to while deciding to buy new hardware/peripherals. Of course, you must agree with the DISCLAIMER at the bottom of the page.
