List of Experts/Speakers for topics

A mail on the list from Sankarshan talked about creating a list of experts/speakers who can be requested to present on various topics especially those related to eGovernance. The table below provides an easy way to check who can be contacted for speaking assignments and whether slides are present. The speakers will also put in the approximate minimum duration for the talks. The future plan is to have a Guidelines for Contacting Speakers / বক্তাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগের নির্দেশিকা put up too.
